Icelandic Handknits is a rich and varied collection of patterns inspired by the traditional handknitted artefacts from the Textile Museum in Blönduós, Iceland. More than just a book of knitting, it is infused with bits of Icelandic folklore and culture, vintage photographs, and 10 classic Icelandic cooking recipes.
This self-published revised edition has a new cover and a clearer layout. Some patterns were updated and all garments are now available in more inclusive sizes from XS to 5XL. It also includes a unique Ravelry download code with access to English ebook and French PDF translation, as well as a single PDF of the Margrét shawl with written instructions of the charts.
